Hi I want to the carter eye canter at the beginning of last year and they told me all about the 'NEW' technology they had with lasik and to make a very long story short after I got the procedure and studied what it was after it was taking me longer to see well and I found out it was just the same old blade lasik that they claimed they were not going to do on me. Now my vision is worse that it was and I am out the money I paid them. I let them know that I was on to their scam and basicly they have just told me to file a lawsuit if I want to. I do not have the money to do this. I just want to warn others about Dr. Harvey L. Carter and the Carter eye center. Do not make the same mistake I did. Thanks all Jamie |
