Dr. Cooper is a certified FAA flight instructor and medical examiner as well as a cardiovascular surgeon. I was examined By Dr. Cooper for PAD on my 1st appointment. On my follow up appointment there were two patients who were called to an exam room before I was. After being called to an examination room I could hear Dr. Cooper talking to patients in adjoining rooms. He conferred with six other patients, about flight instruction not cardiovascular disease, while I waited. After an hour and a half I left because I had another appointment to keep. Perhaps Dr. Cooper should devote full time to his flight instruction career and quit pretenting to be a doctor. I've never learned the results of Dr. Cooper's examination but, it doesn't really matter. I would never let him operate on me. |
