I specifically asked this doctor about a personal procedure. I was not given a truthful response with what their protocol was. Found out he was the medical director. His behavior was unprofessional, unethical and a violation of code required by JCAHO. There was absolutely no need for his actions. Patients have every right to know what is going to be done and by whom---especially when it involves a genital based treatment or procedure.
