i would have been better off if this doctor had put a gun to my head and pulled the trigger he turn his back on me and distroyed my life i have lost everything i own because knowing put me back to work with a spinal cord injury and i could not do my job so i got laid off with no income at all now going on 6 mouth and still trying to get helpafter he turn his back on me no work comp doctor will take my case i had to get a doctor on my own and he said there was no way i could ever work again
