1998-2004 |
I received a cornea transplant in 1998 after being blinded in one eye in 1979 during an RK procedure. Dr. Mack performed the stransplant surgery in a exceptionally competent and professional manner. After he performed this surgery, I had confidence in letting him perform lasik surgery on my other eye. I was impressed by his thoroughness and accessibility. I would not hesitate to send any family members to see him

Dr. Mack is a caring doctor who wants what is best for his patients. He was always attentive to me and my family and I would recommend anyone to see him for LASIK and just general care. He is smarter than most doctors out there.

I was shocked to read something negative about this wonderful doctor. I cannot give him enough praise. He saved my eye sight. Yes, he prescribed several medications, but he was determined to find the best combination for me. Yes, it was expensive, but you cannot put a price tag on your vision. And other doctors are just as expensive. Dr. Mack gave me a senior citizen discount when I was only in my forties. He did everything he could to make things easier for me. He is personable, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He earned my complete trust and helped me beat all odds. Dr. Mack is a magna cum laude graduate of Cornell University, and graduated with distinction from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he served as president of the medical honor society. He received the Arthur J. Maschke Award for Excellence in the Art and Science of Medicine and the Irwin H. Lepow Award for Excellence in Research. Dr. Mack has served as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Rush Medical College. Today I can see because of this outstanding doctor and his exceptional care. He was an answer to prayer and I'm grateful that I was blessed enough to have him as a doctor. I trust him completely and I recommend him highly.
