The staff over books patient appointments. Sometimes the Doctor is not in the office and she has patients (more that three) waiting to see her. Refferals are handled this way...you need to put in an envelope the following items in order to receive a refferal by mail. 1.......letter indicating why the refferal is required. 2.......A self stamped and addressed return envelope to receive your refferal. Very poor office procedures |
