My poor rating is regarding the dentist and not his staff. The dentist is rude and demanding. My complaint is regarding the dentures that he made. He created both upper and lower, when he was trying to get the bottom denture to fit over the two implants that I have on the bottom he made mistakes for the placing of the "O" rings (attachments to the implants). Therefore the bottom denture could not be used and then he told me that I would need a new bottom denture created and he would give it to me at his cost. You know this is where I made my mistake, I believe since he is the one that damaged the original that he created because he could not get it to fit over the implants I should not have had to pay for another denture to be created. Also I thought the new one would be of the same quality as the first "new" one. I was wrong! Not only is it no where near the same quality (not that the upper is quality because it is not and I have had other dentists confirm this), I have had nothing but trouble with the bottom denture since and now I am paying another dentist to create upper and lower because of the fit and because the upper and lower don't even come close to matching. He is a restoration dentist and what I expected was to have a beautiful smile. Not so. Believe me what I paid for Dr Bischoff to create these dentures was not budget dentures. I expected a beautiful smile and quality dentures but that is what I got.
