My friend and I came in to see Dr. Javan, we waited for his secretary to show and waited almost two hours. When she finally did arrive she was so rude, saying that I should have called when I did prior to coming, I called 12 times. I finally got to speak with my Dr, and he was nothing but rude also saying he didn't have time for me and to come back later. I came back about two months later and received the same treatment again, except I finally got looked at for a cyst I had, which was very badly infected, Dr. Javan sqeezed it and made it bleed and said that it was my fault that it was infected and that it was fine and sent me away, not even telling me what was wrong with it, or why I had it and how to make it better. I tried calling again to see if I could get some more medications for a skin condition that I have, which is out of control now, and once again could not get through to him, no one seemed to be there so I showed up once again to be yelled at by his secretary and by Dr Javan, saying that he did not like it when his patients just showed up and walked away from me. So almost a year later I have been trying to call him again, and still no one seems to know how to pick up a phone, its been 6 months and still after leaving a lot of messages have not received a call back. This is the most horrible Dr that I have ever been to, I do NOT recommend him to anyone and anyone that has him find another Dr. He is so rude and cares not for his patients, what a horrible experience to know that your own Dr does not care for you!!! I am currently looking for a new Dr which is very hard to find in Oshawa, but its better not to have one then to have one that doesnt care.. I hope that no one dies, or gets seriously ill from seeing him.
