Dr. Hite is an awesome doctor. I selected him as an OB/GYN for my first pregnancy. He is now my permanent GYN and he will definitely serve as my doctor for all future pregnancies, if any. He really makes his patients feel comfortable and is very concerned about his patients' health and needs. He was fantastic during my first childbirth and was an awesome coach during the birthing process. His staff at the Chicago office is absolutely terrible! His nurse is very non-personable and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout all of my visits. The reception staff and billing assistants are incompetent. I have had numerous mis-billings, and even failure to record scheduled appointments! Luckily for me, I have recently relocated to the south suburban area. My next appointment will be held at his Flossmoor location. I'm pretty sure the staff there is much better.
