I've been going to Dr. Lord for a couple years now. He is a wonderful doctor. He is caring and patient. He respects me as a patient and asks if I agree with his treatment plan. He is willing to listen to every possible complaint and ailment I have asked him about. He took the time to diagnose a back pain ailment correctly and at the appropriate time sent me to the correct specialist to deal with the problem. He effectively has managed my high pressure and Type II diabetes. He makes his own calls on test results and he writes up the test results sheet when a test result needs to be mailed to the patient. Dr. Lord is gentle and VERY nonconfrontational. He is NOT arrogant or aloof like other doctors I have seen, yet he clearly knows his medical stuff. In general, he is an excellent doctor.
