This Dr. rushed me through my consultation.While waiting in a room I could hear him scolding an employee the entire office seemed very unprofessional .In the past I have had worked done in Mexico and I could honestly say I would rather take the time and make that drive there then to have work done at the GIAA office . Now that alone says alot!!! or better yet find a better Dr. here in CA even if you have to pay a few thousand dollars more it will be worth it!!!

This company will soon be filing bankrupt please beware of the integrity of the GIAA CENTER in COSTA MESA ,CA. I had surgery schedule for tummy tuck with DR.SADATI and 3 days prior I recieved a phone call they cancelled my surgery for a very odd reason.Well although I was dissappointed I now know it was a blessing.Please do your research and make your phone calls to all the medical boards get online and look up as much info as possible I dont want to say details but look up different states.I will never referr any one to the GIAA CENTER . They still owe me several thousand dollars the staff avoids me including the Dr.Sadati they are giving me the run around and I truelly believe that through a reliable source that they are planning on filing bankrupt.When I say look up different states try Pennsylvania and Seattle,Washington.The office staff have lied to me over and over I am so sick and tired of how unprofessional they are I have decided not to be nice anymore and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau ,State medical board ,and Iam also seeking advice from an attorney.I walked in not long ago and tried to take care of this issue I simply asked for my money which they have no right in keeping considering they cancelled my surgery Alda (the accounting manager)said he would work on it)well he like all the rest of them never followed through.Now he is on vacation how convenient. I never recieved a simple phone call .Since they do not listen to me nor return my calls I know that eventually you will all read this and and like i said to all of you before all I want is the money you owe me it did not have to go here . I called numerous times atleast 25 isnt that a shame that not one of you including Marcella ,Daisy,Alda or Dr Sadati return my phone call I could never and would never avoid a client like that 'communicate' one single simple phone call would have been enough.I would like to apologize to the receptionist Gabby I know that she is doing her job by answering the phone and relaying messages she has nothing to do with this and at one point I was frustrated and she got to hear me out for a moment I do apologize.I realize that there are other Dr. that practice out of THE GENITIC INSTITUTE OF ANTIAGING I am sure that they are great including Dr. Kim but it is a sad fact that this staff excluding Gabby and Jennifer reflect on them.As a surgeon I would fire Alda and Daisy for not handling business correctly.I believe that the people you have working for you can either help make you or break you .I would be highly concerned that if Alda your account manager could not handle a simple task of returning a phone call one can only wonder what else he can not manage.But from what I understand he is young and going to school maybe his heart is not truelly in hisprofession and I got this information from a co-worker of his who I will not mention..

Please do your research the price is right but like the old saying goes ' YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR'. The treatment that I recieved from the office staff was horrible never,ever in my experience in this field have I've gone through what I have with this office.Be prepared to be treated well that is of course until they have all your money.The red flags were there from the beginning and i ignored them never again will I do that. Like I said please get on line and do your research!!!! I wish I had.
