The staff is very difficult to work with. The lack of understanding and awareness of the patient needs is beyond belief. I think K-mart checker are more friendly and helpful then CBCC staff. The only concern is insurance payment and getting you in for visits to get more money. The pain control center scolded me for not calling to cancel a appointment a month ago. We did call the staff, my husband was in the hospital and just been told he had cancer of the lung. The pain doctor was already seeing him at the hospital. How rude to treat us like children who did not follow the rules. This is my second treatment with CBCC in 2003 it was worst. Someone should know that CBCC is not all that.
