Everything was great until I had to get a crown.  It was painful and took multiple visits to fix it after it fell off.  I finally went to another dentist for a second opinion and then asked Dr Nielsen for a refund (since I was leaving his practice without the crown on my tooth, that I had already paid him for.)  He refused and said he had another crown ready, and he would cement it on.  I refused, since I had already endured enough pain and time away from work.  I did not want another try, and another crown in my food.  So, in my opinion, he does a great job on fillings and his office is superb.  But, I would not get a crown from him.
