This man is one of the most caring doctors I have ever seen in my life.  Not only that, but he is highly competent, and has a great sense of humor. He calls the patient himself to relay test results. His office staff is as caring as he is.  Even though he only has three employees, these three women are more competent at getting things done than many offices who have many more employees.  They get back with you immediately if there is a problem with test results and they truly see you as a person and not a number. If Dr. Rodriguez promises to get back with you on something, he keeps his promise, and in a timely fashion.   He is one in a million, and his office staff is a reflection of the level of care that he, himself, gives to his patients.   I can't imagine anyone not being pleased and very grateful to have him as their pulmonologist. I can't say enough good about this doctor.

In addition, this is one of the few offices that I know of, whose phones are answered by LIVE and CARING  people.  You do not have to wade through a menu and then leave a message on a person's voicemail and then hope that that person will get back to you.  This, in my opinion, is just another reflection of the level of caring of Dr. Rodriguez, whose first concern is his patients and THEiR convenience, not his. 

Great doctor, great office staff........as I said, one in a million.  I have referred a few people to him and all are very pleased.   P. S.  I am not related to Dr. Rodriguez and this is not a paid advertisement.  :>)
