phone system is not user friendly. if the line you need is busy the system cuts you off after about one minute and tells you to leave a message. left a message on the nurses line and 7 days later still no call back. doctor only sees patients monday through thursday. ended up in minor emergency clinic wi th respiratory problems as the soonest i could get an appointment was 5 days.
