We visited Dr. Procter after leaving another Dr. in the area - Everyone at his practice was wonderful - we explained our concerns and why we left our previous Doc and they have far surpased our expectations! Everytime we have had to come in, they work us in the same day. Also, they quickly refill our perscriptions. Dr. Procter takes the time that we need in our appointments - he makes sure that we have all our questions answered and that we are all on the same page. He has been a great fit for our family and such an improvement over our preious experience.

Just for the record....this is the other 'doctor'.....Mr Gonzales and I am a Physician assistant. My reputation has been untarnished over the last few years while working here in Mckinney and I would like to keep it that way. While I appreciate the honesty and respect your opinion, there is a fine line between opinion and slander. My full name is Lucio R. Gonzales Jr. I emphasize the 'jr'. The court hearings you are seeing are an old property dispute between my father and the city of prosper. They have been settled and I am happy to say i am not in any legal disputes nor have i been . Notice I am signing up as myself, not as a patient so that you may know that my reply is genuine. After looking at the better business bureau it states that in the last 36 months, there has not been a complaint filed. It is not my intent to upset you or to try and change the minds of potential patients that may read your comments...only to speak the truth. I will admit, that in the past the staffing has been subpar and I apologize for your experience . However, there has been a total revitalization of the clinic with new employees and new providers.WHile it is unfortunate that it happened after you were treated rudely, We do listen when there needs to be change and I would like to thank you, change has been for the better. I wish you luck and hope you can find an office that can meet your needs.
