This Doctor and his lack of bedside manner ruined my ENTIRE visit to him. I have seem him twice and will NEVER see him again. I sought him out to take over the treatment of my hypothyroid disease and during our first visit, I found out I also have high cholesterol. I'm only 24! I asked him for advice and what I should do next, and instead of offering helpful advice, he berated and belittled me because I am overweight. It's not a secret to me that I am overweight, but I am not about to pay a Doctor of medicine to tell me I'm overweight, and not offer any advice on how to become healthier. I am NOT lazy. I work with the mentally handicapped and am ALWAYS on the move. Genetically I am predisposed to obesity, but I have been trying hard to avoid it. Soooo.... yes, he is a pretty good Doctor, but you can do without his criticism.
